The price covers the cost of collecting and removing the lanterns from the water following the event and cleaning up any trash that may have been previously in or around the water.

The Berlin Fair is a vibrant celebration filled with nonstop entertainment for all ages! Enjoy our exciting concert series that will have you singing and dancing, and don’t miss the lively midway with exhilarating rides and attractions from Dreamland Amusements. The World of Wheels program showcases go-kart drivers from Berlin’s Nutmeg Kart Club, and there are plenty of memorable contests to join, including a pie-eating contest, children’s tractor pull, frog jump, and nail driving. Thrill seekers can enjoy Double Figure Eight Racing and the Compact Demolition Derby Heat, while those who love competitions can check out the horse drawing, oxen/cattle drawing, pony pull, tractor pull, and truck pull. Plus, Berlin’s Got Talent, family shows, and community group activities like those from the Boy Scouts and Berlin High School Marching Band add to the fair’s unique charm.

Saturday, September 14th, promises to be a beautiful day filled with booths on display, food trucks, performances, and demonstrations spanning two stages. Come see what local businesses, crafters, and vendors have to offer. There is also a car show for all car enthusiasts! In the evening, you will find musical performances on the main stage and an inspiring fireworks display for everyone to enjoy. I’ll be there on Saturday.
